The Mighty Khopra Experience

Me and our team of 22 members did a trek in Khopra ridge with Arjun Dai and Suraj Dai and I must say Bharal Adventure team did not disappoint at all. Everything was well managed, the logistics, food, guides, porters all was superb from start to finish. They really taken a good care of all the members. It's not at all easy to manage such a diverse and a big group but Arjun Dai and team managed everything without any hindrance. Highly recommended team if someone looking for a trek in Nepal, already booked my next Trek to EBC with them.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Khopra Danda trek is a less crowded alternative to the popular Poon Hill trek in the Annapurna region of Nepal. It offers stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges.

The trek is considered moderate in terms of difficulty. It involves some steep ascents and descents, but it doesn't require technical climbing skills.

Trekkers need to obtain the Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) and the Trekkers' Information Management System (TIMS) card. These can be obtained in Kathmandu or Pokhara.

Highlights include panoramic views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, rhododendron forests, traditional villages, and the serene Khayar Lake.

The maximum elevation on the Khopra Danda trek is lower than some other treks in the region, reducing the risk of altitude sickness. However, it's essential to acclimatize properly and be aware of symptoms.
