1st we go to Monkey Temple, after that we go to Kathmandu Durbar Square. Arjun is friendly and helpful. He help to arrange and planning all the staff well. He based on our budget to plan the trip. Flexible and suitable for us.
We took the Langtang Gosaikunda trekking package with Mr. Arjun from Bharal Adventure. He's kind, friendly and professional in his field. He's always fast in responding to my questions while I was making the preparation for the trip. While in Kathmandu, we took an add on package with him too. He took us to the Monkey Temple and Kathmandu Durbar Square. He did some explanation about Nepali culture and history. We'll always recommend Bharal Adventure with our friends.
As Australians doing an overseas multi day trek for the first time we really had no idea where to start. We had a recommendation from a friend back home to use this company and just do the whole trip in one package opposed to doing ourselves. So glad we did, we had outstanding service from Arjun who was very flexible with our choice of experiences. We went with a city tour of Kathmandu and Pokhara, two smaller treks (3-4days) for nagarkot and poon hill, an Everest flight and some shopping in between. They also organized travel, drivers, trekking permits and accommodation. Food was packaged in for the trekking days, and our guide would order for us which was very very helpful. Special mention to Suraj, our very friendly and helpful guide, and Gokul the Ironman who carried our essentials all the way along the treks. Looking back it would have been so hard to organize a porter and even harder to carry what we had. It also would have been very difficult and may have dampened our experience to have the stress of working out where to stay, how to get trekking permits, where and when to stop to rest or eat and in many cases which path to take! On the day coming down from poon hill there was very slippery ice and snow, suraj had to guide us down (and thankfully he came shopping with us for crampons and poles before we went!). The city guide (we forgot your name sorry!) was very knowledgeable and spoke immaculate English which meant we spent longer than expected on the day because we were just asking questions or chatting the whole time. We hope Bharal adventures and the staff continue to grow. 10/10 would recommend. Send me a private message if you have any more questions.
