First Aid includes Diamox – for altitude, Advil, Sunscreen, Aleve, Vicks vapor rub, chapstick, anti nauseant – you tend to feel just a bit nauseous a lot at altitude, Immodium – diarrhea is common at altitude, bandaids, blister band-aids or moleskin, eye drops, Advil cold and sinus, nasal moisturizer – altitude causes nasal cavities to be very dry, nasal moisturizer was very helpful, Q-tips, tweezers, tiger balm, and many more.

Toiletries include Foot powder (for Deb’s stinky feet), Toilet paper, shampoo, microfibre towel, Gold Bond – this just feels good all the time and many more.

Travel Insurance

Regarding accommodation, trekkers will find luxurious accommodations facilities in the Everest View hotel but most of the tea houses will offer basic accommodation facilities. The facilities of wifi, heater, and many facilities are available in the lower altitude and it will be difficult as trekkers go to a higher altitude.

Are Snacks need to carry during EBC Trek?
