• All the travellers are required to have PCR test after their arrival at Kathmandu. (7 days quarantine on arrival)
• Make sure to have an extra day before your departure for another COVID test. (We can assist you arranging it.)

• Nepal Visa from your local embassy or Pre-approved Visa letter of recommendation (we will provide if you require).

• Bharal Adventure Team Leaders will brief you on the usage of face masks, social distancing, and other rules during the trip, based on local government guidelines on the arrival.

• Rules and Protocols relating to COVID-19 never remains constant though. However, Bharal Adventure assures you to make your journey safe and as easy as it should be complying with all the protocols that might change. Any changes in your itinerary or the trip will be discussed and informed to you before any judgement made.

• All Bharal Adventure Leaders and Team will undergo proper training on COVID-19 Protocols before/while leading the journey.

• Only the Flights, Accommodations, Restaurants, transportation and so on which comply and are approved with proper protocols regarding COVID-19 and local rules will be providing you the services. 

• All our staffs and other mediators will undergo through training and updates regarding the latest protocols.

• Bharal Adventure Team Leaders has the access to modify the itinerary evaluating the updates to avoid the hazards. (You will be notified and also discussed before the judgement is made)

If you become unwell

• Our Bharal Adventure Team Leaders are professionally trained and certified to help the clients who feel uneasy or falls ill during the Trip.

• Several 24/7 emergency rescue team support Bharal Adventure Team.

• In addition, Bharal Adventure has a COVID-19 Development response Plan in place to enable us to reach out the most appropriate medical and local support in case anyone is suspected with COVID-19.

Remember to CHECK:

• Alcohol Based Hand Sanitizer
• Reusable Facemasks (at least 3)
• Check the requirements for COVID-19 with your airlines before departure
• Carry your latest PCR Report. (Less than 72 hours) along with all the required documents like visa paper, passport as well as travel insurance etc.

Trip Cancelation Policy:

If you or any of your Trip members falls sick during the pandemic, please follow our normal cancellation policy which is designed according to the situation.

Note: Proper documents with reason must be provided to prove the reason of cancellation of the policy.
