The journey from Syabrubesi to Kyanjin Ri is an exhilarating adventure, beginning with a scenic drive. From Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1300m), it takes 6-7 hours through villages and rice fields along the Trishuli river. The trek kicks off next morning following Langtang River's path over suspension bridges into lush forests.
By Day Three, trekkers reach Lama Hotel (2470m) after six hours of hiking amidst oak, rhododendron trees with possible deer sightings prevalent in this region. Continuing for another 6-7 days leads trekkers higher onto stone-built ethnic communities marked by Buddhist prayer flags and Mani walls, reaching Ghoda Tabela at altitudes nearing Himalayas’ basecamp scenarios like Nayakang peaks seen en route. On day five, we get closer to Kyanjin Gompa Monastery, which offers teas, meals, and overnight rest facilities before a four-to-five-hour ascent to the final viewpoint summit called “Kyanjin,” surrounded by serene mountainous sceneries and unforgettable experiences.
Ascending to Kyanjin Ri offers panoramic views that are both stunning and unforgettable. At 4,773 meters high, trekkers will find themselves surrounded by snow-capped peaks and lush landscapes of the Langtang region. The climb is steep but manageable for those with a moderate fitness level.
Once at the top, visitors can see majestic mountains like Langtang Lirung and glaciers glistening in the sunlight. Langtang Trek for seven days is one of the popular trekking options specially suitable for any age groups beside of their physical status. Generally the trek starts from Kathmandu and ends at Kathmandu following the beautiful trekking route of Langtang region from Syabrubesi to optional hike to Kyanjin Ri or Cherko Ri. The amazing landscape of Langtang region captivates the attention of every visitors tempting to revisit the place. The mountain meadows, serene landscapes, fast flowing clear water gives heavenly treat.

Accommodations in Langtang Region
The trekking trails in Langtang range is well managed with sufficient number of tea houses and lodges. Each of those homestays provides proper service of accommodation with bread and breakfast. But one have to keep in mind that such kind of mountain lodges have fewer services and facilities. The toilet may be just a latrine behind the hotel and hot shower might be a bucket full of warm water. Rooms may be just a wooden cell with only bed and mattress and curtains. Thus, one have to be ready to stay in the less decorated hotels or homestays.
Food and Beverages during trek
The company itself provides all of the meals and beverages that are part of the Langtang Valley Trekking package. The tea houses and lodges along the path serve food. The lodge where we spend the night will serve breakfast and dinner. Our guide will choose the best spot to stop for lunch on the day journey. It is strongly advised that you bring water purification tablets with you on the hike so that you can drink clean water. There are possibilities to purchase both boiling and bottled water during the hike.
Transportation for the trek
Bharal Adventure offers all the transportation services you'll need for your journey. We offer private cars for sightseeing tours of Kathmandu and airport transportation. Similarly, we offer sightseeing bus transportation for your journey. You do, however, have additional choices, such as using private vehicles like automobiles or vans.

Guides and porter for the trek
For your trek, we supply you a porter and guide who are both highly qualified and experienced. To ensure that your travels are exceptional and unforgettable, our guide will help you in every manner imaginable. Regarding the porters, we assign one porter to every two trekkers. The porters haul a total of 20 kg of gear (10 kg for each). For smaller groups, we supply one guide; if there are more than ten people in the group, we will supply an extra guide.

Get in Shape: This trek is considered moderate, but physical fitness is essential. Start training a few months before your trip with cardio exercises like hiking, running, or swimming.
